Shaun King has been tweeting and working with residents in the Canfield Green Apartments to expose the biggest lie the Ferguson P.D. have told us about Michael Brown:
35 feet is the distance for justifiable use of force.
https://twitter.com/ShaunKing/status/512647624071995392
The rear end of Wilson's SUV is 100 feet from Brown's body. Remember, Mike Brady couldn't see Wilson clearly, because Wilson was obscured by his vehicle.
http://youtu.be/pYqrAhpo_w4
I wish someone would get the plate number on Wilson's vehicle. I STILL cannot find out when the vehicle left, if Wilson and the supervisor left in it, as was first reported from the police channel, and if it was at the scene after Wilson left, when was the car processed, and how was it removed? SO many vehicles during the crime scene, and not enough video and pics on the vehicle.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SHOULD BE PUBLICLY OWNED. ROUTES SHOULD SERVE THE PEOPLE WHO NEED IT MOST, AND NOT THE "PARK AND RIDE" CROWD OR TO REDUCE TRAFFIC CONGESTION. ELECTION DAYS AND FOURTH OF JULY SHOULD BE FREE FARE DAYS. EVERY SINGLE CITIZEN SHOULD HAVE A PERSONAL TAP PASS THAT MAXES OUT AT $78 EACH AND EVERY MONTH. SHELTERS FOR WEATHER, BATHROOMS AND DRINKING FOUNTAINS SHOULD BE REQUIRED. DISCOUNT PASSES SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO ANYONE THAT IS LOW INCOME OR ON PUBLIC ASSISTANCE.

THE POLICE STARTED THE RIOT, AND THE BIGGEST CROWD AT THE CRIME SCENE WAS NOT MOURNERS, BUT COPS
Here is a good set of pix from after the murder of Michael Brown, Jr.
http://instagram.com/phoenix_amun
The "crowd" that the police claimed was too "unsafe" for the coroner to drive through? Yeah, it was that gang in blue and brown that has been terrorizing poor and black communities for years. They all wear a badge as part of their gang insignia, and are very identifiable. They are also armed to the teeth.
Where is the army of psych workers that would have been sent to console the people that had just witnessed a horrible act of violence, IF this had been a "nice" white neighbourhood? Where is the concern?
And where is the huge and dangerous crowd that the police say they were so afraid of?
I been saying all along that the police have been nothing more than counter-protesters. (Once they broke Constitutional law and violated the First Amendment they ceased to have any authority as police officers.)
And no one needs me to point out that they reason they came down so hard and viciously is because we were protesting them. Like sending the fox to guard the henhouse.

OPTINSTL ILLEGALY ARRESTED BY BERKELEY POLICE AT 10 SEPT 2014 HIGHWAY 70 DEMONSTRATION
OPTINSTL was one of the 35 people arrested at the 10 September demonstration at Highway 70, however, I was simply trying to get passed the illegal roadblock (violating the First Amendment) to get to do the protest. I had no plans to go out on the highway. But I wanted to to be there because I knew, even before I saw the illegal roadblock, that First Amendment rights were going to be violated.

http://fox2now.com/2014/09/10/live-updates-michael-brown-protesters-plan-to-shut-down-i-70-during-rush-hour/
I also had this leaflet to hand out:
http://optinstl.blogspot.com/2014/09/vote-for-michael-brown-november-4th.html
I am going to be writing a lot more in this blog, and to the media, and of course, in preparing to fight my case, but I am hoping that one of the 10 or 12 cell phone videos, and one news camera, of my arrest will be sent to me. If you know anyone at the demo, I was on the other side of the highway, the Express Scripts side, trying to get across the illegal police blockade. I am a white woman. I was wearing a grey t-shirt and purple skirt.
Please send me an email if you have video. optinstl@gmail.com
Since I had been encouraging people that had been arrested for "failure to disperse" or any of the other many illegal violations of the First Amendment rights by the police, it is interesting that simply by losing my temper (I challenged the police line about their illegality, crossed their "line" and was arrested for "Trespassing" and "Failure to Comply". They also accused me of "assaulting an officer" for taunting them for being fascists. Wisely, they did not file that charge. However, even without that, they made many, many mistakes, and I have good grounds for challenging the violation of the First Amendment, which more of us are going to have to do to protect this most important freedom that we have in this country. It was not just MY rights that were violated, every citizen of the United States is having their First Amendment rights violated at almost every protest since Brown's murder. Again, more on that later.)
I will also be encouraging media, lawyers, and citizen rights advocacy groups to investigate the many illegal and inhumane practices of the Berkeley Police Department. The jail conditions (900 calories a day, which are three bread and meat microwaved sandwiches, not allowed to use a toothbrush, no water except during the three "meal times"), setting bond without any trial and then detention until bond is paid, with little or no access to a lawyer, etc. And I was in a cell with a woman that was facing thirty days in these conditions, because she can't afford to pay the $1400 bond (and the non-refundable $25 administrative fee tacked on top of it!)
One thin blanket, very cold temperatures, metal beds, lights on all the time, no visible clocks, only allowed one shirt, one pair of pants, and someone has to bring you new clothes, and they have to return the clothes you were wearing to that person. I also was not allowed to wear my glasses. One of the officers BRAGGED that each inmate only costs $3.71 a day to house! I wouldn't treat Darren Wilson that way! Absolutely inhumane.
There have been many articles recently about the high amount of tickets that are issued to drivers in the north county area, not just for "Driving While Black" but because the main source of income for small municipalities is traffic fines. The response from the police is always "If you don't break the law you have nothing to worry about."

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-09-10/arrests-form-financial-bedrock-across-st-louis-county-towns.html
But that is patently not true. Let's not even get into the many times cops turn on their sirens to speed through a yellow or red light. I've worked for law offices and attorneys in another state, and one attorney here, and all of their traffic tickets were fixed or dismissed due to their privilege of being lawyers and knowing so many judges, etc. (They broke the law and had nothing to worry about, RIGHT? ) I am hoping that an thorough audit of ALL traffic tickets is conducted to see just how often tickets are dismissed for lawyers, their families and friends, etc.
Ironically, while I was only jail for two days, the County sells the arrest records to all the lawyers so that they can send out advertising to the arrestees home address. The lawyer I worked for sent one to me. One of my jobs was to fold up these letters and put them in envelopes. What is even more insulting about this obvious scam-- where lawyers profit from these tickets, too-- is that these lists are sent out IMMEDIATELY, but I can not get a copy of the incident report for SEVEN TO TEN DAYS, AND I HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE STATION TO GET IT.
I call shenanigans on this entire operation.
Keep checking back, but please, if you have any video of my incident, please forward it to me.

TIME TO END THE “POLICE STATE”!!!
Their is a violent and
dangerous gang terrorizing poor and “minority” communities.
Michael Brown is just the most recent fatality. This gang is armed
with guns and billy clubs. They have the right to detain citizens
and to seize private property (“asset seizure”). That is too
much power for any individual to possess without public
accountability. Gang Police too often confuses enforcing the law
with being the law itself. Crime has been decreasing, but police
brutality has increased. Gang Police is becoming increasingly
militarized.
Gang “Police” serves
and protects private property to such an extent that unarmed thieves
in the possession of a stolen $1 cigarillo can be shot dead. Or
children walking in the street that contest an order to “Get the
F**k on the sidewalk.”
We, The People, pay the
salaries of Gang Police. We pay for their cars, their weapons, their
jails. We pay for the lawyers and judges. The more crime a city
has, the wealthier the people that work in and benefit from the legal
system.
TIME FOR CHANGE.
Real change. When people get angry enough they will loot and riot.
Too many men have died in the street from the actions of this gang.
Looting is not the answer, but it is the only reason this case is
getting national attention. Without the riot, there would not be an
FBI investigation. Al Sharpton would not be at the Old Courthouse.
Looting is not the answer, but it is the only threat that Gang Police
and their Overlords take seriously. They are a violent Gang, and the
only respond to violence and upheaval.
What we really need,
though, is to become angry enough to demand real change, and to
continue working for it after the fires have been put out, the
protest marches and press conferences have ended, and the
investigations are over. Something good can come of this tragedy, if
We, The People demand it, and keep demanding it, long after our
tempers have cooled.
WE, THE PEOPLE, MUST
BEGIN TO “POLICE THE POLICE”! They have the power to monitor
us, to investigate us, and we must demand the right to monitor and
investigate them! We have the right to full accountability for
everything that they do! We must demand complete police
transparency!
1) We must require
all police to wear helmet cameras (or special glasses with cameras)
at all times. Not dashboard cameras. Not just recording
traffic stops and dispatch responses, their entire shift must be
recorded. We are paying their salaries. We have the right to
know what and how they are doing their jobs.
2) Photographs,
bio's, and badge numbers must be posted on Police Department
websites, along with regularly update schedules.
We should be able to go to the Ferguson P.D. website and look up
exactly who was on duty when Michael Brown was shot. The department
should not be able to hide this Gang member behind the fear of death
threats. Gang Police poses a potential death threat for every
citizen they encounter. Maybe if the Gang Police Member (“officer”)
that shot Michael Brown had known that his picture and name was
posted for all citizens to see, he would have behaved differently.
Maybe Michael Brown would be at college instead of the morgue.
3) Every citizen
should have the right to have a civilian witness present at ANY
interaction with a Gang Police member. Every community should have
paid Legal Observers standing by at all times.
4)
Police should be required to hold “meet and greets” at
least once a month, along with Town Hall type meetings for people
make suggestions, air grievances, and give feedback on officer's
performances in their communities.
Occupy Public
Transportation in St. Louis (OPTINSTL) is researching how to create a
petition for the above demands, but we can start by calling or
writing all of our local representatives and police departments and
demanding the changes listed above. And anyone can start a petition.
We need a lot of petitions and signatures to make our voices heard
and get the changes we need. Two sites OPTINSTL has found:

METRO'S SECURITY CONTRACT WITH THE ST. LOUIS P.D.
Metro's honor system is a sweet deal for St. Louis police and sheriffs. Police have their fingers in Metro's pie, too. Not just for writing tickets, but for getting more shifts, and the bosses get to skim the contract for their private slush funds.
